4. Scope of Consent This consent applies exclusively to telemarketing calls regarding the Victorian Energy Upgrades (VEU) program to discuss eligible energy-saving upgrades. Volt Solar Australia asserts that it will not make any outbound telemarketing calls without consent related to the VEU upgrades or other promotional purposes outside the scope of this agreement.
5. Duration of Consent This consent is valid for a period of 90 days from the date on which it is given. After this period, further consent must be obtained for any subsequent telemarketing communications.
6. Revocation of Consent You may revoke this consent at any time by notifying Volt Solar Australia in writing. Upon receipt of your revocation, Volt Solar Australia will cease to contact you for telemarketing purposes within a reasonable time frame, as mandated by law.
