I hereby provide my express prior consent for Dharati Pty Ltd, trading as Volt Solar Australia (“Volt Solar Australia”), to contact me via telephone, email, or by direct visitation to my residential or business premises. This consent enables lead generation and marketing for products and services under the Victorian Energy Upgrades (VEU) program and the Solar Home program, including but not limited to heatpump hot water system, space heating, cooktops, and energy-saving products.
This consent is rendered knowingly and voluntarily, following comprehensive disclosure regarding the nature and purpose of the data collection by Volt Solar Australia. I understand that I have the right to withdraw this consent at any time by providing written notice to Volt Solar Australia.
I hereby authorize Volt Solar Australia to contact me via electronic communication or other means for marketing or informational purposes for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of this consent. This authorization will remain in effect until I explicitly withdraw my consent. I understand that I can withdraw my consent at any time by sending a formal notification via email to Volt Solar Australia. Upon receipt of my withdrawal request, Volt Solar Australia will cease all communications with me as per the terms of my revocation.
I confirm that Volt Solar Australia has clearly identified itself and has explicitly detailed the intended purposes of its communication and marketing activities. I agree to Volt Solar Australia maintaining a record of this consent and contacting me within 90 days from the date of submitting this form. This record may include but is not limited to, documented forms, online submissions, electronic communications, or a written account of verbal consent secured via telephone.
I confirm that I am above 18 years of age & do not need support to understand and agree to contracts.
